Property Labels

What are property labels?

Property labels, also known as property stickers, can be applied to equipment, tools, and other electronic items. Thanks to the unique code on the labels, it is immediately clear which person and/or organization the item belongs to. Property labels are used in companies and institutions to identify, register, and track equipment and items.

Property labels are also commonly referred to as AssetTags. At IDbeheer, you can order AssetTags in a wide range of materials, sizes, shapes and security options. As a specialist in asset identification solutions, we provide durable property labels that help organisations manage and protect their valuable equipment.

Types of property labels

At IDbeheer, you can choose from several types of property labels depending on your organisation’s security and asset management needs. Our standard property labels are the most commonly used AssetTags. These labels are available in multiple colours, providing clear visual recognition and a professional appearance. You can customise the labels with:

      • 1. Company logo
      • 2. Contact information
      • 3. Sequential numbering
      • 4. Barcodes
      • 5. QR codes

For organisations that require additional security, we also offer tamper-resistant property labels. These labels are designed to prevent repositioning or transfer, helping organisations reduce fraud and asset swapping.

In addition, IDbeheer offers engraved tags. These durable plastic plates contain permanently engraved information, making them highly resistant to wear. Engraved tags are available in different colours and two standard thickness options. Our property labels are produced using high-quality base materials designed for long-term durability.

Need a different size, material or design? Custom options are available. Simply indicate your requirements in the comments section of your quote request. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.

Numbering of property labels

When you request a quote for your property labels, you can specify the starting number, including prefix and suffix, in the form. Based on the number of labels you order, the subsequent numbering sequences will be generated automatically.

We maintain a database with designs and numbering sequences for all our clients. This allows you to easily place a repeat order with the same design and avoid duplicate numbering. The starting number can also always be found on the invoice and packing slip.
